That's because Lynda is very smart and she's diplomatic. She knows the controversy over actress and costume, and after all, this is the next actor to play her long-time character. She has to be faintly positive even if she might really feel otherwise. You have to read between the lines.

Lynda Carter is a true lady.
She has supported every actress who has had the chance to play Wonder Woman.
She is also protective of the character.
I think she is worried about how the producers are going to portray her signature role.
