Assuming it does happen. (I know it has not yet been green-lit.) I like these suggestion.

Most of those suggestions makes whole lot of sense, although I doubt that most will get into the head of the execs handling the whole deal.

Oh i think they know. There was an email leak a couple of weeks ago that people claimed that Marvel Told Sony all that was wrong with the script to Amazing Spiderman 2. This doesn't suprise me. Screenwriters are intelgent people, as are people who make movies. If theres problems with a script they know about it.With most scripts this comes fairly early.

However thats not always possible.

One of the big points of the marvel email was: Why isn't Peter Parker a high school student?

This is a point that marvel has stated for decades-the big mistake with spiderman was we aged him out of it. Its kind of there obession. They are a lot of talks about recasting Andrew Garfield becuse well in his continuty hes no longer a high school student and thats a big important thing.

Really however when they introduced the ultimate universe with one of its stated purpose "Peter Parker High School"- it didn't necessairly create great stories. Its an intresting tagline but not really. You get Peter parker being a nerd in high school, the marvel version of Clark Kent. Its melodrama, based on the fact that really high school is the last time that a nerd is kind of a bad thing. So set it there.

However if its a high school story-Realistically you would have to recast actors probably after every movie given the amount of time you would need for special effect( maybe 2). You would loose Andrew Garfield who most people believe is the best part of the movies. and well.

One of the good parts of the Amazing Spiderman movies was how they kind of downplayed the high school stuff. Peter was a typical high school student who is in love with a beautiful girlfriend, seems pretty smart, and seems more or less secure in his social standing. Theres a scene in the first movie where the big bully character goes to comfort Him after his loss, and seems the more empathic character. It works well Because its not the typical soap opera drama of spiderman books-its underplayed, which leaves time for the actual drama(which is pretty terrible as the movies have no idea how to make villians) but there not necessarily something i would feel the need to keep going for forever.

Which is the point for me-the person who wrote this letter- i am not sure would have made a better Spiderman movie. I know people love THE MCU stuff, but i tend to be a little mixed on them(there great ones, but a lot of them are okay) but it has a lot of the same problems(and the villains are with the exception of Loki, better but not actually good). Its hard to make good superhero movies.

Which goes to Wonder Woman. Shes a hard character to pin down, and to a certain extent i expect what ever of the six scripts they go with is going to face problems. Shes been a Godess in world war 2, had a lot of S&M overtones, a spy, An average woman in New york, A goddess again, A Diplomat, Supermans Girlfriend, and about a dozen other things. All are to a degree valid-not all of them i think would make a good movie but there there

I think there is a potentially great Wonder Woman movie. I wrote for Example Paradise with the express concept of "if i was making a movie in The Warner Brothers DC movie style, this is what i would do". However i don't think its the only way of doing the story-and i kind of want to see what they do.
