Duo Finds Leads

Been working hard and steadily on this project. Finding locations, getting Fight Coreographers, Dps and Gaffers(and Pleased to hire as my DP someone who worked in the Camera Dept on Interstellar, Star Trek and Dark Knight Rises). And I am please to announce casting for the two leads.

The movie is about Voltage and Cat two Superheroines , who have a very complex relationships-with the dark brooding in the shadows Voltage, with the hopefully kind of Silly-but much more powerful super strong super tough Cat Bedeviling her. They don't particuarly like each other...but well..things happen and....

For Voltage we are casting Ashley Victoria Robinson. Robinson is Canadian Born LA Based actress who stared and created in the star Trek Web Series "Redshirt Diaries", which i linked to before. She also is the webseries Jarvin, DC Comics Presents , and Has her own podcast. She also writes a series for Dark Horse Comics. Shes a funny cute, and is very excited to play Batman.

For Cat we have cast Jessica Lee. Lee is an Actress and Model in Los Angeles who has appeared in Hangover 2, Franklin and Bash, and Bad Ass. She’s gorgeous , very funny and is excited for the project. She brings a great physicality to the part, as the incredible powerful, but kind of silly Cat. She maybe a Government Created Super Solder, but she can still be a kitty cat if she wants to.





Where filming part of the movie in September and i have asked this before but if anyone wants to help either financially or Technically happy to. Were looking for a little bit more money, but where getting there. And if anyone wants to come out to LA, i can give you a part(in particular for thugs to get beat up) as part for the extensive action and special effects stuff where filming.

Sorry for a slight delay-over the weekend we decided to slightly modify the costume of Cat, and wanted to get that in before the sketch.



Decided to add some straps. Cause everyone loves straps.

Had wonderful meeting with the stunt people over the weekend, and talked to the special effects . the movie is going to be something to see.

I like Cat's concept costume a lot.
Flats or heels?

Flats.

Considering that there both doing stunt falls, Flats would be helpful.

Also as Ashley put it Jessica the actress "is like a million feet tall so its not necessary(she maybe exagerating a tad though).

This is one of the pictures that the costumer is using as a model.

We have also cast Kateyln Brooke as one of the Villians of the movie, The Swan.



Kateyln is an LA based Actress and Stunt Woman, Shes done a lot if indie stuff and stunt work but also was the star in this video earlier this year.



A fun video Not necessarily a great supergirl...but as a super strong villain powerful villain.

Also in less intresting to the group We have Also cast Jerimah Jackson who was a costar in the horror movie Contagion as the Commodore, and John Kreng who is one of the top Fight Cordinators in the world writing several books on the subject appearing in stage screen and stand up. as Bob. Hes a goon.

Kateyln Brooke was fantastic in that video and she's simply gorgeous.

I think I said when we posted this video the first time, that she was EXCELLENT in this video -- I just think she doesn't fight like Supergirl would in it, rather she fights more like a Batman-like character would. And I felt bad for saying it as as she is pretty impressive in it.

And her brief bit of acting at the end was pretty good too.

She should be just perfect for this. I certainly like to see more of her on screen that's for sure.
