It's called "The Cape" and is coming to NBC. Sadly, it's some former cop guy who dons the superhero costume and Summer is relegated to the "cute and intrepid investigative blogger who fearlessly goes after corrupt cops and costumed bad guys" according to Hollywood Reporter.
