She certainly sounds different from her last big gig:

I really hope they're going to put some sound effects and visual effects onto the scenes where she's using her powers. Don't get me wrong, I loved seeing the footage and the fact that there's going to be a new bionic woman character on the tube is great.
For me though, they'll need the effects to stand apart from other shows where super powered people are involved.

I thought I remember reading that the "da-da-da-da-da...." sound effects and such were not going to be used this go round. That said, I thought the clip had a good "Whoosh" where she pushed him across the room.

Curious to see what the have in store for the other stuff....

We might get slow motion at certain times (Matrix-style)....but I highly doubt we're going to get the classic sound effects.

We'll know more when the regular piece airs on Access Hollywood tonight. Can someone get a digitized version up on YouTube?

I always hated those sound effects. For me it always gave the character a superficial strength if you know what i mean, its kinda hard to explain. Without the sound effects it just makes the character have a more natural looking strength to them.

Sound effects and slow motion are very important to me and I hope they are used. There's nothing like savoring the moment in a super strength scene or watching a woman moving in slow motion where you can admire her form and beauty. I hope someone agrees with me on this.

I 100% agree with you Bionic, I looooved the bionic sounds used in the classic BW series. I mean, it helps us fans know when Jaime's exactly using her bionics. (think it it as our alarm clocks)

I'm not sure if anyone has noticed, but there are "sound effects" when she uses her bionics. It seems to be reserved for the major strength movements, and its very subtle, but there is a "pulse".

It reminds me of Wonder Woman more than anything.
