I think the aircraft carrier scheme is on the back burner. (For now...) blog.conceptfan.comMan,I guess I forgot she didn't do decommisioning. Wonder what aircraft carrier she'll attack? There are quite a few in service. Principe de Asturias of the Spanish Navy,e.g.

Also: “Ordinaries?” Are you trying to spark that debate again: What “one of them” would call us. I prefer “mundane” personally.

If you ever get to meet Blogger, you can tell her your preference. I'm sure she'll be most understanding... *cough*Also: “Ordinaries?” Are you trying to spark that debate again: What “one of them” would call us. I prefer “mundane” personally.

How about retrieving a sunken Manila Galleon? Those babies were supposed to hold about a hundred tons of gold! Ought to be a nice little prize for Blogger. Only problem is, could she do it without getting her gloves dirty?

Of course, if, as Blogger says, there are no more sunken treasure ships, all of this is moot.

Of couse, given Blogger's abilities, retrieving a sunken Spanish Galleon without getting herself wet should not be difficult at all. She could easily use her flying powers to create a whirlwind that would bring the sunken ship up from the depths, then, continuing her super speed whirl she could carry the column of water with the ship up into space, where the water would instantly evaporate, leaving her with the ship in question, which she could then take to some remote island, or even another planet.
Of course, if, as Blogger says, there are no more sunken treasure ships, all of this is moot.
Get the ship into orbit without actually touching it? In order to do that, Blogger would have to get the galleon moving fast enough to achieve orbit BEFORE the atmosphere grew thin enough that her whirlwind is snuffed by the nearing vaccum of space. Put an old wooden galleon, which has been rotting on the bottom of the ocean for centuries, under the kind of acceleration the space shuttle is built to withstand? Blogger is likely strong enough to do it. Unfortunately, the galleon will not be by any stretch of the imagination. If Blogger puts that much acceleration into a centuries old shipwreck, said shipwreck is going to disintegrate into trillions of splinters and scatter gold coins across 50 square miles, at minimum.
While Blogger is perfectly capable of disobeying the laws of physics with impunity, objects under her control cannot. Everything(with the possible exception of her) has its limit. You can't live in an igloo in the Sahara Desert(without continually using super-cold breath to artifically keep the temperature below freezing) you can't make a lead balloon float on its own(no fair keeping it aloft with super breath) and you can't put a wooden structure under moonshot-level acceleration without completely destroying it(peak G-force must meet or exceed levels recorded during Apollo mission launches)
I had to add in the bits in parenthesis cuz I realized that Blogger would take my examples as challenges and probably use her powers to accomplish them. Now if she wants to prove me wrong, she has to actually play fair. No way she's keeping an igloo in the Sahara Desert from melting without using her powers to cheat. Likewise, though she could likely fashion a balloon out of lead with relative ease, there is no known mixture of gases that can keep it from dropping like a rock while it's still in atmosphere without a super-breath air column holding it up. As for putting a wooden structure in orbit, Blogger is certainly capable of carrying a properly constructed wooden structure into orbit gently enough to keep it intact, but disproving me would require her to get it from the surface to orbit in the time it took an Apollo-series rocket to go from T Minus Zero to stable orbit. That's just not happening without it raining wood chips.

An igloo in the desert wouldn't be any problem for her either. She just needs to use the right kind of "ice".

Yes, she has. Blogger's superhuman sex-appeal is most definitely yet another superpower.Maybe she could use her beauty? If these guys beat themselves into bloody pulps over her, over the "opportunity" to be the one who "gets" her, then hasn't she used a power to cause these men to be beaten up?

Always trust your feelings, Jeepman :wink:I have a feeling that the next one to die is the would-be rapist or the chain-wielding thug. Both seem like viable options.
Yup. I mean it's not often you fear for the gang...Yup, it looks like Blogger is about to give a whole new meaning to "Gang Bang".

That's not much of a guess, really. For some reason, men with guns always seem to aim for her boobs. At least, that's what those bullets are always bouncing off when they shoot her.
