On our beloved YouTube there is this absolutely phenomenal Thai series about a modern day medusa and there's a few amazing TL scenes in there. I believe you will need a subscription to YouTube to get around the "blocked in my country" as I'm UK and can view without issue.
Don't have timestamps but tried to find "highlight clips" so finding them is easier.

In EP 3 the Medusa lady is kidnapped by a cabdriver and has to partly transform to fight him off with a throatlift and a toss. at 26:00 Looks like she was going to finish the job but is interrupted a detective with gun who bandaged her foot earlier?

I used Google Translate to look up the name of the series by cutting and pasting the first word of the YouTube video name, and what I found helps it make more sense. The show is called Naet Nakin. Here's a synposis: mydramalist.com/29349-maya-pissaward The name of the actress playing both identical twins who are cursed to become medusas is Susi Susira Angelina Naenna.

Yeah, this isn't bad. The 4th clip is the shortest, and is mostly action, with the medusa throatlifting and tossing another girl off a walkway, with really bad falling/harness vfx. Haven't had time to go through and find the action in the longer ones.Would be nice to have CC translations to help with dialogue.

I think so, in addition to the child protagonist, others like her appear throughout the series but I don't remember exactly what they do.

Around the mid point of episode 2 is the one from the trailer, the end of ep 3 also has one but don’t by a figure surrounded in smoke. Can’t really tell if it’s female of not

in the film (the pope's exorcist) there is a throat lift there in the final act of the film, the woman is naked all covered in blood, the scene is very fast right after she explodes for being possessed from another world. I think the time is 1:32:30
