DC's Bombshells getting their own book in July. This looks pretty retro cool!

I will check out this book.
I did get the Wonder Woman alternate cover book.
Cover was great.
The story, which had nothing to do with the cover (which I knew ahead of time), was awful.
I did just buy the window clings from my local comic shop last wednesday.

Wonder Woman 77 really let me down.
The art was great.
They really captured the likeness of Lynda Carter and Lyle Waggoner.
The writer injected to much of Wonder Woman 2015 into this book which was disappointing.

Ahh kinda of my thoughts about when DC(or in fairness Marvel) tries the "hey lets write an old fashion comicbook"-especially the 40s like this. Its harder then you think a lot of the time, especially as the pacing is so much diffrent then modern comics, and yeah the attitudes. Its almost never good.
Not hyper looking forward to this but a little curious.

Bombshells #1, which focuses on a 40s era Batwoman is now available digitally. In it, we get a pretty radical redo of a famous part of DC lore, and a strikingly entertaining departure of a reason for her name.
