I'm not usually much for the whole sci-fi human/cyborg/robot thang... but I'm reading the Battle Angel Alita manga right now & it's pretty good stuff. Alita's pretty hot too

Does anyone else here even read manga?

Yosh, you have just picked my favorite manga. The author is completly mad, because a sane person cannot write such a marvelous piece of art. I hope that you enjoy it. By the way, are you reading the original version or the "Last order" version?

I'm reading Last Order. I'd wanted to pick up the original first, but couldn't get my hands on it.

I'm also reading Saikano too. Both of them are grat so far.

And I'm also reading DeathNote - which is BADASS! But because there's no abnormally powerful females in it, I don't think the crowd at this board would be interested (even though everyone should be because of the killer storytelling, characterization, and pacing).

Battle Angel is awesome and my favorite Manga too. Get the original series if you can find it. Check Amazon.com because it's not out of print or anything like that. I am reading Deathnote and I'm loving it.
