There's a hefty list of games that can be modded to have a playable neigh-superpowered female character... We should compile a list.

Weird, it's like some sort of air gun.
I can name Saint's Row 2 at the top of my head, though I don't think there are any mods that can mess around with the physics system to let you punch cars around and such. Even without mods the game lets you do absurd stuff like rip parking meters and newspaper dispensers out of the ground as well as throw people around like ragdolls. There's also a big barbell you can toss around in the prison yard.
