I wathced Arrow season 2 last week and wanted to report relevant info on it. (I don't think it's been mentioned before on the board).
The whole season is about a super soldier serum (not very original, but always a gooed source for supergirls).
Only one woman has been injected with the serum in the enitre season, and she only uses her powers in the beginning of episode 22 for some enhanced kunfu like fighting.
The season also introduces black canary, but she has no super powers (her scream is gadget orientated). She kicks some major ass in multiple episodes though.
