SHIELD season 6

I somehow completed missed Agents of SHIELD season 6
I just found it on Netflix this morning.

My favorite character easily is Quake/ Daisy/ Skye
What a character arc she has gone through.


She is sporting a new variation of the basic black jumpsuit that just about every action hero wears these days.
Looks good on her.

 

Early in the episode she shows off her power which was super cool.

Non Spoiler alert:
I did not like the "TWIST"
Didn't like it one bit.

What twist do you mean? The one they used to set up the next season? That actually felt less twist-y given it did fit the story.

Everything about "Sarge" on the other hand... yeah that was a  pretty far-fetched.

I have only seen episode one so far.
I am talking about the guy that steps out of the truck.

Episode three takes place entirely in space and has a real Guardians of the Galaxy feel about it which was ok by me.



In the big fight scene Quake and Simmons have to split up.
Simmons is worried and Quake says:
"If I can't quake it I'll break it."

That was pretty good stuff.

YOWZA!
What a blast of fresh air this was.
Quake as she is rendered in the Framework video game.

I love how there are people in Hollywood who "Get it" and sneak in these little scenes.
Everybody publicly shakes their heads but secretly they love it.

I think one of the character designers is a Power Rangers fan.
This gal looks a heck of a lot like Astronema and i am perfectly OK with that.
