The other day i got in a conversation on here about the shows Second Assitant Camerman and what that can say about a production. Which yes is kind of silly but what are you going to do.
As its goes remember there going to be shooting photos like this for the next couple of years knock on wood, probabbly about 200 or so days a year.

Barksdale looks too short to be Benoist's stunt double. Could she be the double who plays the young Kara?

Saw that too...not an expert, but I would imagine stunts require less height similarity due to angles and lack of perspective with other actors (unless it's a fist fight scene). I'm also a little skeptical of the height listed on imdb -- 4'8" is pretty tiny

Ok, I stand corrected on the skepticism of her 4'8" height. Linda Hunt is 4'9" so Kelli is right around that area code....

I have worked with her before-shes a small woman-she stunted for a 10 year kid in a short film. And very brave as she had to go into very cold water.
Generally from my experience stunt women are about the same height as the actor -you can do the angle thing, but eventually your going to get into problems. And there are plenty of taller stunt women in hollywood. (a lot of which are very cute)

Power stations don't necessarily mean that. They actually use the locations a lot in movies-because they can look like a lot. They can be a generic warehouse, a mad scientist lab, a space ship(they filmed some of the original Star Trek at a power station), army barracks-lots are filmed there.
Its also for some reason a fairly cheep location to film at. (they tend to be owned by the goverment which wants people to film)
And not a bad picture. The question of any superhero costume, isn't so much how does it look on a black background with her arms on her waist looking skyward- but how it looks walking around-and not bad
