So... what happened with the Steeles?
How come the content just stopped?
Anyone know?

The usual stuff...people have arguments, falling outs, disagreements on creative issues or about money or significant others... or they just move away. Nothing unusual.

Nobody needs to know the details because we've all been down that road.

Ooooh... sounds like there's a little gossip there!

The only thing I'd like to know is whether they'd re-group?
I'm guessing not?

The other thing that is really playing on my mind is why SuperAngelic stopped creating that AMAZING work.

It has been a while, but really like posting again, getting involved with the forums again. I had a long break. And I feel that there is a lot of porn done really well. But I think there is space for some really stunning girls transforming into Supergirl!

Anyone remeber Kerry Smith's Ubergirls??? Those were some fantastic stories of women becoming super-strong. It was right up my alley since they weren't in super-heroine costumes but they wore tight outfits and sexy boots, etc,

Those were great groups! I discovered a lot on those, like Fantasy Island Extraordinary Miss Jones which was such a Bionic Woman inspired arc. I wish I had the money and resources to make a film with a 70s style look to it. Too many ideas and not enough time :(

Damn this thread brings back some memories :)

I remember Kerry Smith's Supergirls site, the nostalgic "good ole" days, when content was scarce :)

I remember the opening day of Mandi Steele :) Adara, Sierra, was a member of them all :) I even have a copy of the Girl of Steele DVD (with the "Mary Marvel" , I think thats the costume, short as an additional feature) lol :)

Big thnx to you Dave147 for those groups too :) Like Bionic I found a bunch of cool stuff on there. There was also a couple of other Yahoo Groups, but their names escape me.

And ofc JonX and your site. Fantastic site m8, with some great models, that most stand out being Danica :) Hopefully you can get back to producing some of that great content /fingers crossed.

Wow, how time has flown and the space has grown :)

Peace.

/K

I'll never forget the Awakening movie with Mandi. Such lovely thigh high black boots and her wicked personality.

Here are some behind the scene pics.

Is The Awakening even available any more? Not at Amazon. There's an imdb listing, but not a Wikipedia entry. There was also a short film Mandi did a few years earlier. I think it was shown only online.

i bet there is other stuff that is out there that has been lost in the wilderness, stuff from BBS and Newsgroups, and there will also be stuff that was out there on old FTP servers.

I'm sure people would be amazed what might be lurking on old 5.25" disks.

Newsgroups and BBS was way before my time so I'm interested to know what I've been missing out on since 2002 or 2003 when I joined up with Yahoo Groups, and these forums. The first groups I joined up with were the WOM or WAM websites; focusing on women kicking the crap out of men in films, etc. I remember odering vhs tapes of various clips. Physically dominant females without superpowers are a turn on for me as well as superstrength, and I think those sites lead me to here. I keep on repeating this, but I was so amazed to find these communities.

I did a few manips for Kelly before he stopped work on the site, attached is a comic-book style series I started just before he did that never got posted.

Pages 1 & 2 got flipped in order in the attachments for some reason.

When you say not for sale anymore, does that mean the link on his own site no longer works?

The PayPal link is still active, but the download for The Awakening and Raven aren't working. Still get random sales now and again, but I have to immediately refund them.

I truly do plan to bring the Steele's back, just don't know when that's going to be.

With the success of SHEEP DOGS, I started work on a new movie. It'll be my first feature length since THE AWAKENING. Though not genre related, I did name the female lead, Mandi Steele. Sort of a nod to the old days.

Well since we got you talking right here, is there any way to buy a copy of the Awakening from you directly? I just found out about it in this thread and now I'm very antsy to see it I gotta say. Pwetty please?

Better yet, lfan, email me your address.
I still have a case of a hundred DVDs. I'll ship it to you and you can dish them out, however you see fit.

Matter of fact I'll be interested too, although the mail cost will probably kill me.
