A number of mainstream actresses are on cameo.com  and can be paid to record custom messages.      Melissa Benoist, Laura Vandervoort, Kristanna Loken, Jeri Ryan.  Melissa says she can't actually fly so don't ask me.

I've given Cameos as gifts a bunch of times, and they always go over well. I also have a friend who was a low-paid minor actor on a cable show, and he says the extra money he makes doing Cameos for fans has really come in handy.
