Because you can never have too many superheroine shirt rip transformation pics, I decided to see if AI could create some. The results (a mere handful of which I've included) are promising, although the AI has a habit of adding capes where there shouldn't be capes, and otherwise spoiling a great picture..!
I created a one page guide at the /r/SuperheroineTFs subreddit, along with some of the prompts I used.

So I got a bit of experience in the area with bing. 5reds guide is great on reddit. Here's what I've learnt from lots of trial and error
Prompt wise be descriptive "a woman transforming into Supergirl etc"
Describe the scene, where you want the scene set
"In a street running from a robot"
if you want a tf sequence how you want it shown.
"Pic over 3 parts, first part office attire, second part supergirl top office pants, third part supergirl costume"
Experiment a lot and be aware the same prompt
Will generate a multitude of pics that look nothing alike.
Also you will probably see a dog a lot (if you know you know).
My DA is full of pics of my evolving journey with this (stocky137 for those playing along)

Shirt rips are popular, and relatively easy to do successfully on AI. The computer has more frames of reference because it understands the objects you're describing. Magical transformations are harder to describe and often result in more unpredictable results. Some 'prompts' get the AI gets totally confused -- try asking for a single woman dressed with her top half as Wonder Woman and her bottom half as Diana Prince, and you'll likely get a picture with two separate women. The AI just hasn't encountered enough images of that type to get what you're referring to, so it starts building from a faulty premise. Most AI's at the moment have limited reference points. They understand Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, etc. as cultural references, but ask for Darna and they don't have a clue. In time I expect you'll be able to ask for a "1970s Wonder Woman flash transformation" and the AI will reliably know the reference... but not right now.

For the mid tf try saying like "top wonder woman bustier bottom office pants." And go generic instead of describing diana prince. I got this among my results trying to do the lasso tf using that as part of the prompt
