Anti-supervillain security tech

Thinking of trying to write a heist story starring a group of minor supervillains.  What kinds of security systems do you think businesses, etc, would have in a world where supervillain attacks are a known, expected and planned-for contingency?

There is no official security systems that could stop them. The villians know this, big tech knows this. That would be why large offices will recruit their secretaries from a special agency where they have transformed the girls into Superheroines and Protectors for when any sh!t goes down. They would be called The SuperSecretSecretaries.
