Need some help with this

Story idea that came to me, tentatively titled The Genelord’s Daughter.

Essentially, the protagonist is the daughter of a biotech/genetics-focused analog of Doctor Doom (Think short-lived clones instead of robots, that kind of thing) and ends up taking the throne of a biotech-focused equivalent of Latveria when he disappears or seemingly dies.  The questions:

1. As with Doom, her father is known for body doubles and faking his death, so why is this time special?

2. What’s the overarching plot?  Who’s the antagonist(s)?

1. The protagonist herself. Her dad actually cloned her multiple times, in a misguided attempt to force her to "battle herself", with the idea of having the "best version of her" win.
2. Her mom. Up until her father died she thought she was a test-tube baby, but it turns out that she has a mom and she is pissed.
