The Iron Devil - Short Story

Here is a 15-page story in PDF format (by all means, add it to the library at your leisure). The following cautions apply:

** NUDITY: There's a bit of it but it's not graphic.
** SEX: Vaguely implied but not directly in the story; It's "off-camera," if you will.
** VIOLENCE: This is Superwomenmania.com, right? Right. Consider yourself warned.
** GRAPHIC VIOLENCE: Yes, at times it's fairly descriptive.
** OBSCENITIES: A few. I wouldn't read this story out loud to a bunch of ten-year olds.

I don't want to describe the plot or the theme in too much detail... Even the name might be ruining a bit of the surprise. I'd like to see how others take it.

Thank you for the kind words. Tiny spoiler: "End of Chapter 1" isn't entirely accurate; That's an overlooked remnant when this story was going to be much larger. I'm thinking that this venture is going to be more like a "Samurai Jack" sort of offering, with short stories that are very loosely connected. I have an idea for at least two more stories in this setting.

If anyone wants useless factoids about the development of the story, let me know.
