'Upgrade' scenes

With the success of the throat lifting thread I was hoping to get similar response to one of my own favorite kinds of things to happen in movies/series etc. 

Women getting some kind of upgrade/power boost. 

It can be the result of an injection,drugs,magic,operation,experiment,etc anything goes. 

Vampire/werewolf turning are good examples, I just love the suggestion of a woman becoming ‘more’. They don’t even need to test it out or something. 

Some examples to get things going: 
true blood → multiple turning scenes
vampire diary,originals,legacies → same
legend of the seeker → some very nice magic stealing/draining in s2
xena → 2x14 ambrosia eating (this is one of the best scenes on topic)
into the bad lands → blood rage (mainly s3)
altered carbon → android body transfer
gotham → 5x02 ivy takes a potion.
Elektra (not marvel) → Girl takes a pill, woman gets power trough a std!
The Demolitionist → Experiment
Double-d Avenger → ‘eats’ fruit to cure cancer.
Jacqueline Hyde → transformations 

Age reduction counts too, like in:
Death Becomes Her

I think there's a scene in an episode of Kyle XY where a girl injects herself with nanobots and smashes though a table? It's been ages since I saw it though, it definitely exists but I can't narrow down which episode it is - hopefully someone can help?

(be ware: spoiler allert) new movie ''The Invitation,, in the last scene when she get's a Forced marriage ( as a rittual ) she drinks the blood of her leader vampire-man and drained all his power to become super strong! and shows it....

I think that one is actually from Jake 2.0. It's the only thing in the whole series.  But a very good scene indeed.

Another scene I just remembered was the meteor scene from My Super-Ex Girlfriend.
