Really, maybe Quenn Latifah or Melissa McCarthy could be included in the choices. The actress is a very pretty woman, but she's not the actress Marston would have chosen. Better yet get a man to play Wonder Woman even better. Stick to the original formula it's worked this far.

This is putting the cart before the horse. First, you need a film project and a backer then you consider casting. Personally, as modern-day actresses go, I think Gadot was perfectly cast as WW and the failings of the second film were down to story/script, not the lead.

Nobody is seriously suggesting that.  In fact, nobody is seriously suggesting the actress from the original article.  It's just clickbait designed to get people riled up over nothing.  And it succeeded, judging by the posts on this thread.
