library and registration

Hi all,

It's been a while since I've updated you on what has been happening with the site, over the last 2 months I've been manually fixing many database errors, I've tried to fix them with a script but it's not worked so I've had to do it one at a time, with over 23,000 errors it's been slow going.

I've uploaded and merged them into the active site and things should be going better.
Now that I have done that I've decided to reactivate the registration and allow new updates to the library but only for 2 weeks, starting tomorrow people can upload new stories to the site, I'll activate the registration setting once this post has been made.

I have to say that this update to the site has been the hardest and most laborious ever, it will be worth it and should mean that I don't need to perform such a difficult update in the future.

Lastly, I must put this request out, please if you can spare a few dollars to help with the running costs of the site it would be a blessing as without your donations we would need to go to an advertisement-based operating model. We might even need to put stuff behind a paywall, something that I know people would not want.  If all the members donate just $1 we will cover our costs and allow us to keep this site ad-free.
