Not sure if you’re talking to me, but I neither have seen it yet, nor claims that it’s “shitty”.But it's not out yet. How do you know it's shitty?
I assume that Erik have a reason why they think the movie could be shitty.

I saw a couple of review on Youtube and things don't look good. But it's not out yet. How do you know it's shitty?
I admit that most of the criticism I saw up until now point out to two factors:
- Brie Larson's underwhelming performance. After a few movie, I think it's safe to say that she really doesn't click with the character (it also doesn't help that the cinematic version of Carol has a lot of writing problems).
- The general complain that, after a certain point, the Marvel movies started to lean too much into the "one joke a minute" formula. What made many of the early phase movies work was how different they felt from one another and how they explored different genres (First Avenger was period war movie, Winter Soldier a political thriller, Ant-Man a heist movies, etc.). Currently, they tend to rely too much upon comedy and action style one-liners.

When watching any other Marvel movie, my brain is always spinning, scene by scene, imagine what the crummy scene could be like if they'd had good writers. All the potential not realized. I'm completely incapable of immersing myself in them, which is what I want to be able to do.
I have great hopes for AI-movies, written by skillful writers and fleshed out by the AI. But that presumes the "skillful" part is somehow more possible in such movies.

My main issue with the film was the editing and although I do appreciate the pace of the film - it never drags at a specific point it feels like major story beats are cut out of the film. There is a point in the film where there an action occurs and then we cut to a pretty dramatic reaction and it feels like we missed the beginning of the conversation/argument that builds to that reaction. It felt like a pivotal scene and we got half of it. From that point on it felt like some of the growth was unearned. It really bugged me and I wish the editors went another way.
That aside my neice really dug Capt Rambeau and really wants to go back and watch WandaVision to see how she got her powers. The south asian guys beside me LOVED the Kahn family, as did the crowd in the theatre.
Things that worked for me:
1) The dynamic of the 3 leads
2) Choreography of the leads (wish there was more)
What didn't work:
1) Sam Jackson subplot
2) Editing of and after a pivot scene
3) The villian, who probably was a victim of editing as well
